Audience engagement is a key factor in ensuring excellent attendance which lasts the entire one hour of the meeting.
Speakers have a track record of presenting well and moderators are selected for the ability to engage the audience and get the best out of the other experts in the audience. That will help not only in understanding the topic better but get multiple different view points on many aspects – this provides the listeners a more holistic view of the topic rather than a didactic one sided narrative.
As the program goes on, more and more initiatives were added to enhance a 360 degree participation and make it more engaging. Constant evolution continues to make the program more and more interactive, useful for nephrologists in general, and staying relevant for the times.
